Message from the President

In recent years, our life has been drastically changed by the pace of technological advances and the development of IT systems in the workplace. These changes have been reflected also in the energy industry. Tenaris is a leading global company contributing to the energy sector, manufacturing seamless steel pipes for the world’s oil and gas industry, chemical plants, power generation facilities, and general industries including automobiles. We have  industrial operations in four continents and a network of service and distribution centers in more than 20 countries across the globe.

TenarisNKKTubes, Tenaris’s operation in Japan, has been growing rapidly since its formation in 2000, driven by an increasing global demand for energy and our  ability to provide high technology solutions to meet the complex needs of our customers. We have been working hard to develop our operation here in Japan as a part of a global organization with a strong industrial heritage in a wide variety of countries.

Tenaris recognizes that the development of talented human resources is essential for the continued growth of the company.  We are a multicultural organization which thrives on the diversity of cultures represented in its employees and operations. Investment in education for our employees is vital for the future.  For this reason, Tenaris has established a corporate university with the mission to align training programs and knowledge management across our operations worldwide.
